Festival 2008 Annual Polish Festival 2008
October 11-12 St. M. Kolbe Polish Mission – San Diego, CA
         Polish Festival is a great commercial opportunity for vendors specializing in arts and crafts.
We invite You and Your business to be part of this great event and become known to thousands of our visitors by renting one of the booths.

Exhibit Booths are located within a vendor tent area adjacent to both entrances to the festival site. These areas are located in the main path of our festival visitors traffic flow. All vendors will be located within a uniform tent structure. Each Exhibit Booth consists of 10’x10’ draped display area with table and two chairs. Vendor will be responsible for any additional displays needed for their area. Vendor banners and signs may be displayed (for advertisement) within their rental space and may not extend beyond their rented space. Vendor space will be coordinated through the festival committee. All vendors will be responsible for their own Liability Insurance.

We offer the following Booth Rental: (see locations)
  • Gold Package - $550; This package includes:
    • The full event registration for a Premium booth, located in Section 1
    • Business announcement, total of 6 times broadcasting during the event
    • Sponsorship banner and link on the Polish Festival website
    • Airtime self advertising broadcasting live at the Festival
    • Gold sponsorship listing in the Festival program
  • Silver Package - $450; This package includes:
    • The full event registration for a standard booth, located in Section 2
    • Business announcement, total of 3 times broadcasting during the event
    • Business name and link on the Polish Festival website
    • Silver sponsorship listing in the Festival program
  • Bronze Package - $350.00; This package includes:
    • The full event registration for a standard booth, located in Section 3
    • Business announcement, total 2 times broadcasting during the event
    • Bronze sponsorship listing in the Festival program
